NetSuite
On the kick-off email, Reachware will request the below from the client to set up the account:
VAT number
VAT Registration Name
National Address
Create an account for the client on Reachware Fatoora admin panel.
Reachware will create branch/branches on the clients account using the clients National Address and VAT Information.
Reachware will create device/devices on Reacheare Fatoora, after getting the OTP from the client.
Reachware requires to have access to the clients NetSuite account.
Install the bundle (Bundle ID: 499937 which is mantained and locked from Reachware's side)
If the company have subsidiaries, activate the subsidiary that will be used for the integration.
Set up the error message sender and receiver from the subsidiary page.
Set up the E-Invoice Device on Netsuite using the device id from Reachware Fatoora.
Set the date parameter and select the active subsidiaries in the scheduled script, from the date the integration has been run.
Update the ZATCA errors report to match the start date of the integration, and select the subsidiaries.
After setting up the account on both Reachware Fatoora and Netsuite the below information will be sent to the dedicated developer to be set up in Reachware Database.
a. Netsuite account ID
b. Subdomain
c. Token from Reachware Fatoora
d. Environment (Simulation or Production for Reachware Fatoora)
Revel
On the kick-off email, Reachware will request the below from the client to set up the account:
VAT number
VAT Registration Name
National Address
Revel Access
Create an account for the client on Reachware Fatoora admin panel.
While creating the account for Revel customers the below is needed:
Base URL
Key
Secret
Reachware will create branch/branches on the clients account using the clients National Address and VAT Information.
Reachware will create device/devices on Reacheare Fatoora, after getting the OTP from the client.
After the account is setup, Reahware will contact Revel to configure the webhook. The webhook will be fetched from Reachware Fatoora platform.
